That still fits.

That is the shared thread between Auzietek and BlackKnightController:

AI is useful when it helps people reason faster, collect better evidence, write clearer plans, and turn successful work into repeatable operations.

If you are learning, experimenting, teaching, or trying to make your own systems less painful, use the work and build on it. If you are commercial, follow the license and play fair. If you are a worthy nonprofit, school, community group, or mission-driven organization, consider support services when you need them, but also know that the goal is to help you control costs, innovate responsibly, and make the world a little better.
Open work is strongest when it invites people in without pretending that labor, maintenance, and support are free to produce forever.
Merit should be visible in the work
If Auzietek grows into a larger company, the hiring philosophy is simple:
show what you have built, repaired, learned, taught, or improved.
Degrees can matter. So can certifications. But they should not be the only door into serious technical work. Curiosity, judgment, kindness, evidence, and demonstrated ability matter too.
The same principle applies to work culture. Remote-first where it works. Office time when it genuinely helps. Flexible hours where possible. Strong benefits, real life balance, and a workplace where different backgrounds and minds are not treated as exceptions to tolerate, but as sources of better thinking.

- outreach in places that are usually priced out of advanced technology;
- efforts that help people cross the gap between curiosity and opportunity.
The point is not charity as branding. The point is alignment.
Technology should make life simpler, cleaner, and more possible. If the work does not eventually improve life beyond the tool itself, it is not ambitious enough.
Make engineering fun again
There is room for serious work to be exciting.
Think different. Think Amiga. Think of the first time a machine made you curious instead of tired. That feeling matters because curiosity is the beginning of skill, and skill is the beginning of freedom.
Auzietek wants engineering to feel understandable enough to learn, powerful enough to matter, and humane enough to be worth building.
That is the brand underneath the lab work.
